Project Engineer or Technologist Water
Overview
Catterall & Wright has a permanent full-time opportunity within our Water group for an Engineer or Technologist to support Municipal Water and Wastewater Systems including treatment, distribution and pumping systems projects within Saskatchewan. This role is responsible for assisting with administration and management of projects, which will include travel to various sites and projects providing field assistance during the busy construction season. This is a great opportunity to grow your career by becoming part of a dynamic engineering team gaining hands-on experience in the field of construction & engineering.
Design and Management for water/wastewater and municipal infrastructure projects
Assist with site surveys and data processing
Construction inspections, progress certificates and progress payments
Interactions with senior engineers and technologists within a mentoring environment
Read and understand project scope, specifications and drawings
Assist with office requirements as required

Qualifications
Civil Engineering Technology Diploma, or Degree in Civil Engineering working towards a P.Eng. or equivalent education
Relevant field and survey experience is beneficial
Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills (verbal & written)
Strong awareness of health and safety and possess a safety-conscious attitude
Must be willing to travel and work out of town (expenses will be paid for this occurrence)
Must have a reliable vehicle for work and maintain a valid Saskatchewan Drivers License and insurance
