We are seeking a Project Manager, who is passionate about delivering a wide range of digital and operational projects while playing an integral role in the continued evolution of our project management office. Your focus will be to lead our project teams to favorable project outcomes through a collaborative, problem solving, continuous improvement and innovative culture. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of project engagements from initiation to project close out while working from one of MASC's 10 service centres or work from home within the Province of Manitoba (if applicable).

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:
• Post-secondary education in Business, Information Technology, or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.
• Experience developing and maintaining project plans and documentation.
• Experience delivering completed projects including initiating, planning, coordinating, and supporting.
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, and internal/external resource time allocation.
• Experience communicating, pathfinding, and liaising key stakeholders on projects.
• Experience using systems development methodologies such as Agile or Hybrid.

Desired Qualifications:
• Project Management Professional certification is an asset (PMP, PRINCE2).
• Experience in Business Case Development is an asset.
• Experience managing Systems Development projects is an asset.
• Knowledge of Insurance and Lending industries is an asset.
• Knowledge of Agriculture is an asset.
• Knowledge of Organization Change Management is an asset.

Conditions of Employment:
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle, and the ability to travel within the Province of Manitoba.
