Your days will include:
Job Shadowing Return to Work & Wellness team
Contributing and leading projects
Assist in employee return to work cases
Working with and uploading confidential documentation into company HR systems
Running reports and analyzing data
Learn about benefits programs to assist with employee enquiries and how they relate to return to work programs
Data entry and other administrative tasks within various HR functions
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you:
Are attending University or College for Disability Management, Medical/Health Care, or Business Administration
Disability Management experience, an asset
Are eager to learn
Are willing to contribute and be a part of the team
