SEASONAL GROUND CREW POSITIONS AVAILABLE
2023 Aerial Application Season
Location: Main Bases located in Franklin, Wellwood, and Virden, Manitoba
WCA are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team that want to work in a fast-paced environment for a professional aerial application company, providing crop protection services across the prairies. Check out our website WWW.WCAERIAL.COM
Duties to include but not limited to:
• Accurately mix crop protection products (chemicals)
• Load and fuel aircraft
• Wash airplanes and windows as needed
• Load trucks/organize warehouse products (requires moderate lifting)
• Yard and runway maintenance (mowing, tidying, garbage disposal, etc.)
• Travel to other bases in Manitoba and Saskatchewan may be required occasionally
• Other duties as assigned
Applicants must:
• Possess a Class 5 Drivers License
• WHMIS Certificate (taken through Western Canadian Aerial)
• Transportation of Dangerous Goods (taken through Western Canadian Aerial)
• Be highly motivated, reliable, and willing to work as a team
• Follow practices of safety and health
• Willing to work varying hours (early mornings, evenings, and weekends)
Term: May/June through to September. Length of employment and hours may vary due to the agricultural season. Competitive wage.
