2022 Season - September to December 2022

What you will do:

- Plan and coordinate the proper warehousing of product
- Check for damaged articles, quality and quantity and record quantities received and reports to manager/supervisor with regard to damaged items and shortages
- Operate and service equipment used in the movement of farm supplies
- Operate by industry regulations in the handling and storage of farm supplies and compete related d documentation
- Draw farm supplies from warehouse stock to fill customer orders
- Make deliveries or assist with the co-ordination of shipment with the transportation organization
- Assist in the identification of blending opportunities
- Complete farm supply shipping documentation
- Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of a positive image program at the branch
- Keep the manager informed of levels of existing stock
- Keep facilities and grounds clean and tidy, well maintained, and free of fire hazards
- Carry out a regular preventative maintenance program and conduct minor repairs
- Maintain stock control records

Qualifications

What you will bring:

- 1+ year(s) operational experience preferred with demonstrated equipment operations and maintenance skills
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license – preference will be given to candidates that hold a 3A or 1A
- Ability to achieve warehousing license, WHMIS, TDG
