Sous Chef

Overview

We are a year round restaurant in West Kelowna located at Mt. Boucherie Estate Winery. We feature a welcoming environment with a menu that reflects the region and the season. Our food is approachable yet refined. Based on the butchery concept, we are doing meat cutting and charcuterie in house along with pickled items, mustards, and preserves for our retail market. A philosophy of sharing knowledge, positivity, and encouragement is the foundation of the nurturing culture in our kitchen. The sous chef is responsible for helping direct daily operations and contribute ideas to the overall vision.

Qualifications

2-3 years professional cooking A positive, supportive attitude Leadership skills
