AGRICULTURAL TECHNICIAN – T.I.C PARTS & SERVICE - NEEPAWA
The AG Technician at T.I.C Parts & Services assists with troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing agricultural equipment.
WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Service, maintain, and conduct necessary diagnostics / repairs to all types of agricultural equipment and transmissions.
• Communicate consistently with the Service Manager on the completion and / or status of repairs / service to ensure adherence to the service schedule.
• Review work orders as assigned, notify Service Manager of abnormalities or under-quoted jobs.
• Complete small jobs (oil changes, regular service, set up, & pre-delivery inspections) and any other duties as assigned by the Service Manager or Owner/Operator.
• Track and record the specifics of repairs completed and parts used to ensure the shop inventory tracking system is accurate.
• Suggest additional repairs needed via Service Manager to be relayed to Customer.
• Keep accurate, easy-to-read records of work performed, including photos of repairs and warranty claims to be submitted with accuracy and in a timely manner.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
• Must have education or experience in agricultural or heavy-duty mechanics, with the desire to learn and work towards becoming a Certified Agricultural Mechanic.
• Preference given to individuals with apprenticeship levels or at a Journeyman level.
• Familiar with the tools of the trade, and personally equipped with adequate supply of tools required for the position.
• Must have a valid Class 5 Drivers License, Class 3 with Air Drivers License is an asset.
• Must have basic computer skills and be capable of learning new industry specific programs/software.
