Overview
Your Role:
Reporting to the VP – Ag & Energy, you will oversee all day-to-day operations at our South Agro Centre. Your leadership will shape the future of agriculture in our region.
- Lead and motivate your team to achieve financial goals in sales, margins, expenses, and profitability.
- Implement operational programs and policies, drawing on your expertise in commodities and management to deliver our brand promise, quality service, and timely delivery.
- Act as a positive ambassador within the community, building relationships, monitoring member satisfaction, and delivering products and services that truly matter.
- Champion employee relations through hiring, training, development, recognition, and discipline – fostering a supportive work environment.
- Uphold our standards for asset protection and health & safety for your team and the workplace site.
Qualifications

Are you passionate about agriculture management and eager to grow? You’ll thrive with Pembina Co-op if:
- You hold a diploma or degree in Agriculture.
- You have five years’ experience in Agronomy and proven leadership abilities (preferred).
- You are honest, trustworthy, results-oriented, and strive for excellence.
- You value strong relationships and collaboration, embracing diverse perspectives to achieve shared goals.
