HTFC works hard to foster an open and creative office culture where the crosspollination of ideas thrives through knowledge sharing, collective brainstorming, community events, and the occasional design competition. We work hard and play hard within a high paced environment that includes perpetually adopting new technologies and traveling. Our staff volunteer locally for initiatives that raise public awareness of the essential role design plays in human health and happiness, often assisting under resourced community groups with grassroots projects. We are dedicated to equity, diversity, and inclusion, working hard to welcome, learn from, and mentor a new generation of designers and technicians so they can express their backgrounds, world views, and cultures through their practice, making our work more meaningful and accessible in the process.
HTFC offers a flexible work environment, an experienced team of professional mentors, a peer support system, and an excellent compensation package that includes a competitive salary, comprehensive health and wellness benefits, professional dues, and a professional development allowance.
Our ideal candidates will be creative, open-minded, and adventurous with a background that combines a passion for design with the communication and technical skills that bring big ideas to life. We need people who are confident in their construction documentation and field services skills with the gusto to build strong client relationships and learn new technologies. Regardless of what position you are applying for it is essential for you to be intuitive, rigorous, independent, and empathetic.
