HTFC works hard to foster an open and creative office culture where the crosspollination of ideas thrives through knowledge sharing, collective brainstorming, community events, and the occasional design competition. Our staff volunteer locally for initiatives that raise public awareness of the essential role design plays in human health and happiness, often assisting under resourced community groups with grassroots projects. Regardless of what position you are applying for it is essential for you to be intuitive, rigorous, independent, and empathetic. You communicate well in verbal, graphic and written form and have a valid driver’s licence to support independent travel to project sites.
