Overview
As a highly motivated Territory Sales Summer Associate, you will join our Bayer powered by Impres team for a 4-month summer contract. You will partner with experienced Territory Sales Managers to support the sales and technical service of all Bayer CropScience agriculture products including Bayer’s digital farming platform, FieldView. You will participate in sales calls, field scouting, training events and field tours with retail and grower customers and other duties and projects as required. You will have the opportunity to manage your own schedule and to work independently in pursuit of team and regional goals.
Qualifications
• You have agronomic knowledge attained through pursuing your degree in Agriculture or another academic discipline coupled with experience in Agriculture industry.
• You are currently enrolled in an Associate’s (Diploma), Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree program.
• You can deliver results when working independently, or in a dynamic team environment.
• You have attention to details and can deliver results.
• You have strong communication skills and the ability to build solid relationships with colleagues and customers.
• If you have experience operating farm equipment, that is an asset and not required.
• You possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
