Cafe Cook/Kitchen Assistant
Overview
Are you wanting to experience what working in a kitchen of a great cafe is like? Join us at the Peace Garden Cafe as part of our Kitchen Crew where you will be working as a cook and assistant. You will have the opportunity to learn and work in a small but busy cafe over the season with a great menu, experience the Garden up close and have a great time!
There is limited housing available for successful candidates onsite.
Qualifications
1. Chef/cooking diploma and/or a suitable combination of education and experience.
2. Willingness to learn the menu and how to prepare the items in a timely manner.
3. Ability to work as part of a team.
4. Have strong interpersonal communication skills
5. Ability to work effectively under high pressure and high expectations.
