Cafe Lead
Overview
Are you outgoing and want to run the front of a restaurant? The Peace Garden Cafe is looking for a Cafe Server Lead. You will be assisting the Visitor Services Manager and Kitchen Lead with creating the menu at the Cafe, hiring and supervising the servers and creating a fun, welcoming and inclusive atmosphere to all the guests who come to the Cafe.
There is limited housing available for successful applicants onsite.
Qualifications
1. Experience working in a cafe or restaurant setting.
2. Customer service experience.
3. Experience supervising staff and/or volunteers
4. Experience working with POS system, cash and debit machines.
5. Ability to work as part of a team.
6. Have strong interpersonal communication skills, and attention to detail.
7. Ability to work effectively under high pressure and high expectations.
