Camp Coordinator
Overview
Rock Lake United Church Camp Inc. is a summer camp affiliated with the United Church of Canada providing camping experiences for children aged 4-15 years old. The camp is located on the north shore of Rock Lake, approximately 150 km. southwest of Winnipeg. Our goal is to provide youth with a fun-filled camping experience in a beautiful outdoor setting. Some of the camp activities include kayaking, archery, canoeing, hiking, nature science, dramas and skits, dances and campfires.
Qualifications
Requirements:
*able to take initiative
*possess strong leadership and organizational skills
* ability to work under minimal supervision
*awareness of and compliance with Manitoba Camping Association and United Church of Canada Camping guidelines
* basic First Aid and CPR training
*Class 5 license and access to a vehicle
