Camp Stephens provides a unique opportunity for everyone. As a member of the Specialized Programming team, this individual is responsible for overseeing and implementing the 3-Week Quatros Program. This role is responsible for providing leadership training, delivering skill-based programming and expertise to Young Adults.

Qualifications
Are you the right fit?
Leadership: Provide mentorship and role modeling to staff and Quatros participants while fostering an inclusive program environment that supports leadership development and teamwork.
Operations: Oversee and implement the 3-Week Quatros Program, lead wilderness canoe trips, and contribute to camp-wide programming to ensure a high-quality and engaging participant experience.
Administration: Maintain program records, complete incident reports, and prepare an end-of-season report to support safety, program improvement, and future development.
What else do you need?
Certificate: Emergency First Aid, Non Violent Crisis Intervention, mental Health First Aid, Craft Operator (PCOP), OCA Camp Marine Module Training Course, National Lifeguard
Y Winnipeg Staff required trainings: Workplace Safety & Health, Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act Training (AODA), Respectful Workplace, Child Protection
Police Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search and Child Abuse Registry Check\
Manitoba Class 5F License
Note - for successful candidates who do not have all of the above required trainings, the Y Winnipeg is willing to provide.
