Civil Engineering Technologist Co-op Student
Term: 4 Month Minimum
Are you ready to gain real-world experience in civil engineering? Do you enjoy problem-solving, hands-on work, and working on exciting infrastructure projects? If so, this opportunity is for you.
What You Will Do:
-Assist in preparing drawings, reports, and designs using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant software
-Conduct surveys, inspect construction sites, and assist with quality assurance
-Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and suppliers to support project coordination
-Perform cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and support budgeting efforts
-Document project progress through field notes, reports, and photographs
What You Bring:
-Enrolled in a Civil Engineering Technology diploma or degree program
-Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office
-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
-Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
-Willingness to work in outdoor environments and adapt to different tasks
-A valid driver’s license is preferred but not required
