Community Relations Coordinator - Fusion Credit Union

Overview

The Community Relations Coordinator is responsible for championing participation in community programs and events to further the visibility, awareness, and relationship building opportunities with our communities. The position will represent the credit union at various events, and will assist branches with community relations initiatives, encouraging and coordinating participation and promoting awareness at all levels of the organization. This position will also coordinate and evaluate requests for donation and sponsorship. This position will require some evening and weekend commitment.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in a related field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Event Planning certification or public relations.
• One to three years of job-related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Active presence utilizing social media platforms is considered an asset.
• A valid Driver's License is required.
