Concession Attendant, hockey for all centre
Overview
True North Sports + Entertainment is looking for an energetic customer-focused part-time Concession Attendant to join our team.
The Concession Attendant will be responsible for the quick and friendly sale of food and beverages to guests of hockey for all centre at the Centre Ice Concession.
What to be excited for in this role:
Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons and guests at the concession stand at hockey for all centre.
Responsible for the set-up of equipment related to the sale of food and beverage.
Use equipment to prepare hot and cold beverages.
Uphold open communication with the team and supervisors to ensure concerns are managed efficiently.
Accept accurate cash, debit, and credit card payments.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well stocked working environment.
Qualifications
What we need from you:
Minimum 1 year customer service experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to keep calm under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to effectively solve customer concerns with the utmost professionalism.
Must have flexibility to work various shifts including:
Thursday/Friday daytime.
Weekend daytime & evening.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Provide own transportation as the hockey for all centre is not located near bus routes.
