Our kitchen is small but mighty and will give you experience in all areas front & back of house. Working with our owners you will be set up for success with your training. We are looking for someone that is interested in food & hospitality and looking to broaden their experiences. We have a small team so it is important that you bring leadership skills and the ability to work with others. We are looking forward to meeting with you to discuss this opportunity in our kitchen for the summer.
Qualifications
Cooking experience
Inventory experience
Ability to do all functions in the kitchen from dishes, prep, line cook, inventory control, food rotation, receiving stock and customer service
