Customer Solutions Intern

A day in the life…
As a highly motivated Customer Solutions Sumer Intern, you will join our Bayer powered by Impres team for a 4-month summer contract. You will partner with experienced Bayer Customer Solution Leads & Agronomists to support the sales and technical service of all Bayer CropScience agriculture products including Bayer’s digital farming platform, FieldView. This will involve your participation in sales calls, field scouting, and field tours with retail and grower customers. You will have the opportunity to take part in field scale market development and demonstration trials for crop protection, canola, corn, and soybeans and you will conduct summary reports through observation of trials and data collection.

What you bring to the table…
• You have some agronomic knowledge attained through pursuing your degree in Agriculture or another academic discipline coupled with experience in Agriculture industry.
• You are currently enrolled in an Associate’s (Diploma), Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree program.
• You can deliver results when working independently, or in a dynamic team environment.
• You pay attention to the details and can deliver results.
• You have strong communication skills and the ability to build solid relationships with colleagues and customers.
• You have some experience operating farm equipment.
• You possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

The hourly salary range will be $19.86 to $25.53, depending on your completed level of education.
