Gate House Lead
Overview
Ever wonder what it would be like to be the first point of contact for our guests, oversee the operation of a main entrance to a tourist destination? If you are outgoing, organized, detail-oriented and love meeting new people, then our Gate House Lead position is for you! As the Gate House Lead you will be responsible for the hiring and supervising the Gate House staff, greeting and working with guests and assisting with the day to day financial balancing of a few departments!
There is limited housing available to success applicants onsite.
Qualifications
1. Strong working knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Office, especially Excel and using databases.
2. Family with USD and CDN currency transactions.
3. Familiar with cash, debit and credit transactions.
4. Experience with reconciling sales and/or receipts.
5. Experience supervising either staff or volunteers.
6. Experience with scheduling staff or volunteers.
7. Be able to work as part of a team as well as working independently.
8. Strong interpersonal communication and public relation skills and strong organization skills
