Grounds Crew

Overview

The Grounds Crew Member will work under the Grounds Manager on basic lawn care and grounds tasks; will understand standard safety regulations and basic turf management; and will operate under the International Peace Garden’s maintenance strategy to meet or exceed standards.

There is limited housing available for successful candidates onsite.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Tools, equipment, techniques, materials and methods of grounds management.
Ability to work with a multiple person crew to complete tasks and daily routines.
Ability to learn to maintain basic equipment.
Knowledge of basic safety rules and regulations.

Physical Requirements
Standing for long periods of time.
Must be able to lift 50Ibs + multiple times a day.
Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
Must be able to work up to 8+ hours a day when needed.
Monday through Friday some weekends are required.
