IT Development (Student Position)
Term Position: May 4, 2026 – August 28, 2026

Location: Any MASC Service Centre
(There may be an opportunity for a hybrid work arrangement.)
Are you a post-secondary Computer Science student that wants to gain real-world development experience delivering solutions on industry leading technologies? Under the direction of our Lead Developer, you will directly enhance and support our cloud-based web applications through feature implementation, bug resolution, documentation, and testing. The successful applicant must be available to work for the duration of the term. Preference will be given to students furthering their education in the fall.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Enrolled in a post-secondary Computer Science program.
• Experience with object-oriented development using C#.
• Experience with web development technologies such as ASP.NET MVC, HTML, CSS, JS.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience with software testing such as unit testing, browser automation, usability testing, and performance testing.
• Experience with API development or integration.
• Experience with Entity Framework Object-Relational Mapper.
• Knowledge of object-oriented design principles.
Company Information
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is preferred.
• Must have the ability to travel within the Province of Manitoba as required.
SALARY: $19.31 to $21.91 per hour, depending on education and experience.
