As a Service Technician you will play a key role in keeping our clients technology running at peak performance. From resolving technical issues to maintaining hardware, software, and networks, you’ll ensure systems stay reliable, secure, and efficient. WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Execute high-level technical projects and advanced hardware deployments
• Collaborate Directly with upper management on strategic technology initiatives
• Handle complex technical escalations requiring advanced troubleshooting
• Client-facing project implementation and consultation
• Advanced system monitoring and proactive issue resolution
• Occasional on-call client services (Level 2 Only – As Required)
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES FOR LEVEL 3:
• Mentoring Junior Technicians
• Leading complex project implementations
• Contributing to strategic initiatives

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
• Diploma or Degree in Network Administration or a similar program.
• Valid Class 5 Drivers License
• Microsoft Ecosystem: Office 365, Azure Active Directory, domain/DNS management.
• Virtualization: VM Deployment, management and troubleshooting
• Project Management: Experience coordinating and executing IT Projects
• Security: Cybersecurity Awareness and implementation experience
• Hardware and Software: Comprehensive troubleshooting across multiple platforms
• Certifications in CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ (Preferred)
• Experience with Threat Intelligence and Security Controls (Considered an Asset)
• Advanced Certifications in Microsoft, and CompTIA Server+. (Required for Level 3)
