Overview
At MacLean Engineering, our Field Service Technicians provide expert analysis of structural, mechanical, electrical and/or hydraulic systems. Duties include teardown, re-assembly, commissioning and troubleshooting MEMCO equipment on customer mine sites and in MEMCO facilities as required.
Qualifications
- Active apprenticeship status or Certificate of Qualification as a Heavy Duty Equipment Technician (preferred). Truck and Coach, Aircraft, Automotive and Millwright Journeypersons will also be considered
- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience, preferably on heavy equipment
- Proficiency reading and interpreting mechanical blueprints, hydraulic assembly drawings and electrical wiring
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Must possess a valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract
