Tundra has an opportunity for a Land Assistant Summer Student for the summer of 2024 based out of our Winnipeg, MB office. The incumbent in this role will be eligible to participate in Tundra’s hybrid work schedule.
Reporting to the Manager, Land Administration the Land Assistant Summer Student is responsible to:
• Mailing and tracking of documentation;
• Caveat and discharge filing with Land Titles;
• Data entry and correspondence;
• Information gathering;
• Various administrative support duties.

Candidates for this position will possess the following qualifications and competencies:
• High School Diploma;
• Currently enrolled in Post Secondary Education.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• Experience with digital workflows;
• Records management skills.
• Well organized with high attention to detail and accuracy;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Enthusiastic, personable, team oriented individual;
• Flexible and adaptable.
• Adhere to the safety accountabilities as per Tundra’s Safety Policy.
