Maintenance & Reliability Manager

As our Maintenance & Reliability Manager, you’ll lead the team and systems that keep our plant running safely and reliably. You’ll strengthen maintenance practices, build capability across the team, and use data and insights to improve equipment performance long term.

This is a role for someone who likes understanding how things work and finding ways to make them better. Someone who can analyze trends, identify opportunities, bring structure to complex problems, and develop a team that takes pride in doing great work.

- You’re an experienced maintenance leader who believes reliability starts long before equipment fails.
- You’re naturally curious. You ask questions, listen to the people closest to the work, and look for what the equipment, data, and team are telling you before deciding what needs to change.
- You know that leadership is not about having every answer yourself. It’s about building capability, creating ownership, and helping people do their best work.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Develop the Team:
- Lead, coach, and support maintenance supervisors and trades.
- Build technical capability, problem-solving skills, and ownership across the team.
- Create an environment with clear expectations, meaningful feedback, and continuous learning.

Build Better Maintenance Systems:
- Strengthen PM/PdM programs, planning practices, scheduling, and CMMS utilization.
- Improve how maintenance work is prioritized, measured, and completed.
- Build processes that help the team prevent problems instead of repeatedly reacting to them.

Analyze and Improve Reliability:
- Use equipment history, downtime trends, and maintenance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead root cause analysis and create practical solutions that improve long-term equipment performance.
- Turn information from the floor, systems, and data into better decisions.

Partner Across the Plant:
- Work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to align priorities and solve problems.
- Support safety, food quality, equipment improvements, and future growth initiatives.
