Medical Housecall Clinic -Administrative assistant

Overview

Health Calls Inc. is a physician housecall service, not open to the public. We are looking to fill our full time position immediately.Duties involve but are not limited to scheduling and screening telephone calls from patients, relaying accurate information to Doctor, Manitoba Health billing through Billmax, maintaining the filing system of patient records, all general office duties. Candidate must be comfortable working alone.

Qualifications

Must have excellent organizational skills, computer skills and excellent telephone manner. Trained in Manitoba Health billing and a graduate of the medical receptionist course or similar program.
Candidate must be aware of Winnipeg streets and be fluent in English.
Must be reliable, punctual with high communication skills and be comfortable working alone.
