Medical Housecall Clinic - Administrative Assistant

Overview

Health Calls Inc. is a physician housecall service, not open to the public. We are looking to fill one full day shift from 8am-6pm, as well as a possibility for an additional half day shift. Duties involve but are not limited to scheduling and screening telephone calls from patients, relaying accurate information to Doctor, maintaining the filing system of patient records, all general office duties.

Qualifications

Must have excellent organizational skills, computer skills and excellent telephone manner.
Candidate must be aware of Winnipeg streets and be fluent in English.

Must be reliable, punctual with high communication skills and be comfortable working alone.
Prior medical office experience will be preferred.

Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
On-site parking
