Overview

The Position:
The Member Service Supervisor is responsible to supervise, motivate and develop member
services staff. Ensure adequate cash supplies and adherence to security procedures.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 diploma
• One to three years’ experience in the MSR position and/or experience in a financial institution.
