Overview
The Museum Administrator and Digitization Coordinator role has the following main responsibilities:
- Co-ordination of the Digitization Project (including the digitization and accession of photographs and their entry into the software)
- Provide administrative support to the Museum Board (including supervision of new and returning summer students)

Skills and Knowledge:
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to accept and learn from feedback
• Good interpersonal and written communication skills
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently and as a team member
• Creative thinker
• Proficient in software used for digitization, Microsoft Word, WordPress, and Excel. and Adobe Workshop and posting on websites and social media
• Basic research skills
• Experience in scheduling and supervision of others
• Secondary school education in history or associated subjects would be an asset
