Overview
As a Virtual Assistant, you'll provide administrative support to our team, assisting with various tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our business. We're looking for detail-oriented, proactive individuals who can manage multiple tasks efficiently.
*Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize emails and schedules
- Assist with data entry and document preparation
- Conduct research and compile information as needed
- Support team members with administrative tasks as required
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
*Schedule and Compensation:
- Flexible hours, 18-20 hours per week
- Pay rate: $29.00 per hour
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Previous experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role is a plus
