True North Sports + Entertainment is looking for a Premium Suites Runner to join our team at Canada Life Centre.
The Premium Suites Runner will be working with a team to service the Premium Suites, by delivering orders from the kitchen to the pantry areas at Canada Life Centre.
What to be excited for in this role:
Receive food orders from culinary department and transport goods safely to the Premium Suites pantries.
Ensure orders are delivered timely and correctly.
Deliver additional supplies as requested by Premium Suites Supervisors.
Assist with the closing of Premium Suites level, including timely return of dishware to the main kitchen area.
Provide exceptional customer service to patrons.
Ensure supervisor is informed of issues that arise, and support resolutions.
Qualifications

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with proven ability to communicate with all patrons, customers and coworkers.
Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
Ability to effectively and efficiently solve customer concerns with the utmost professionalism.
Ability to keep calm under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to work in a team environment.
