Press Box Server, hockey for all centre
Overview
True North Sports + Entertainment is looking for a Press Box Server to join our team.
The Press Box Server will be working with a team to ensure the sale of food and beverage, and exceptional customer service to customers.
What to be excited for in this role:
Seek to provide exceptional customer service to all patrons and guests at the Press Box Restaurant located at hockey for all centre.
Responsible for the set-up of equipment related to the sale of food and beverage.
Uphold open communication with the team and supervisors to ensure concerns are managed efficiently.
Accept accurate cash, debit, and credit card payments.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well stocked working environment.
Ensure supervisor is informed of issues that arise.
Qualifications
What we need from you:
Minimum 1 year of exceptional customer service experience.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with proven ability to communicate with all patrons, customers and coworkers.
Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
Ability to effectively and efficiently solve customer concerns with the utmost professionalism.
Ability to keep calm under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Must have flexibility to work various shifts including:
Thursday/Friday daytime.
Weekend daytime & evening.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Provide own transportation as the hockey for all centre is not located near bus routes.
