Product Manager Associate

TIMAC AGRO is an industrial company specializing in soil conditioners, plant and animal nutrition and bio stimulants. Following the receipt of the Ag in Motion 2019 Harvest Award for our product Top Phos, we are rapidly expanding our operations in Manitoba. As a result, TIMAC AGRO is currently seeking candidates for a Product Management Associate position located in Manitoba.

The Role
Agronomic input rate recommendations of granular options
Analysis/interpretation/recommendation building from soil tests
Consult growers, retailers and ATCs on best technologies for ROI and retention sales

Provide support in the field / on the road in form of:
Troubleshooting issues that may arise with fertilizer blends or tank mixes
Assist with logistics problems when required
Developing collaborations with 3rdparty research farms
Entrench feedback loops / relationships between retailers, ATCs and producers to advance commercial objectives of Timac

Cultivate data with stakeholders in form of:
Calculate return on investments for growers implementing our technical solutions
Build regional dataset detailing impacts of recommendations and product applications
