Program Support
Overview
The successful candidate will be part of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) SAP Modernization Program team. In this role, they will be responsible for:
o Documenting and categorizing communications to stakeholders
o Monitoring and triaging all inquiries to the ERP mailbox
o Tracking and analyzing participant data
o Contributing to Program analysis
o Restructuring and maintaining extensive document repositories
o As well as other supportive duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Organizational skills are vital for this role. It is especially important for Program Support to have experience using Teams and SharePoint. Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, Adobe Acrobat, and Word are required.
Familiarity with MSProject, is desirable, but not required. Communication skills are also necessary, primarily in written form (emails).
Individual must be a self-starter who seeks to learn. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail is expected (eg: editing documents), however, given the broad scope and scale of the ERP initiative, an ability to visualize large long-term concepts and outcomes is required.
