This role provides exposure to a broad variety of residential work. In addition to carpentry, the successful candidate will complete light plumbing, light electrical, drywalling, painting, and finishing tasks.
Position Responsibilities
- Perform residential work across multiple trades, including carpentry, drywall, painting, light plumbing, and light electrical
- Follow and interpret written scopes of work and contribute to job planning
- Support and lead labourers on site
- Maintain safe, organized, and professional job sites
- Communicate clearly with homeowners, team members, and company leadership
- Take pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail
This position is ideal for a Red Seal Carpenter who values variety, mentorship, and long-term growth within a small, locally owned company.
Qualifications
- Red Seal Carpenter certification
- Residential construction or renovation experience
- Willingness to work across multiple aspects of residential projects
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism
- Interest in growing leadership and site coordination skills
- Class 5 Driver's License
