Seasonal Road Service Receptionist

Our customers are our top priority and we are dedicated to building a team that supports our goals. Four Seasons is currently seeking a Seasonal Road Service Receptionist. This position is expected to begin in Spring 2025 and conclude in Fall 2025, with the possibility of an extension based on the performance and availability of the incumbent.

The Seasonal Road Service Receptionist will work alongside the Road Service Writers and assist in a variety of administrative duties. This includes coordinating and communicating office activities and answering inbound road service telephone calls. The position is full time with the occasional Saturday shift.

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Answer the telephone following proper telephone etiquette protocol.
-Converse and inquire about the customers’ needs.
-Create new work orders if necessary.
-Update customers on the status of their work order.
-Take messages for the Road Services Writers and transfer calls if necessary.
-Assist other employees/departments at the dealership with paperwork and other tasks as assigned.
-Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by management.
