Overview
True North Sports + Entertainment is looking for a Premium Suites Supervisor to join our team at Canada Life Centre.
The Premium Suites Supervisor will be working with a team to ensure the efficient operation of the Premium Suites area during events at Canada Life Centre.
What to be excited for in this role:
Ensure employees and supervisors comply with all company policies and procedures.
Support training and ongoing support for all employees in Premium Suites.
Uphold open communication with the Premium Suites team, the pantry team, and the kitchen team.
Ensure that each pantry and Premium Suite is equipped with proper small wares and non-chargeable items.
Build relationships with patrons and Premium Suites Holders to exceed service expectations.
Ensure supervisor is informed of issues that arise, and support resolutions.
Oversee proper inventory control, cash handling, cleanliness, equipment operation, and safety.
Qualifications
What we need from you:
2+ years of supervisory experience in a related field, and premium experience as an asset.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with proven ability to communicate with all patrons, customers and coworkers.
Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
Ability to effectively and efficiently solve customer concerns with the utmost professionalism.
Ability to keep calm under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Current Smart Choices Certification or willingness to obtain.
