Telecom Support Analyst (IT-01)

Overview

As an IT Technician you will have to…
• Assist with the configuration, installation and maintenance of LAN/WAN infrastructure. (Routers, switches, wifi components, VoIP support, UPS systems, structured cabling)
• Travel to locations across the Atlantic Region in support of responsible systems
• Contribute to life cycling and system upgrades
• Respond to level two support of supported infrastructure.
• Perform maintenance and upkeep of inventory and warehouse.
• Assist with records and inventory data bases
• Prepare and provide network reports
• Participate in incident management
• Assist other team members with projects and activities

Qualifications

• EDUCATION:
Graduation from a two-year program of study from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in computer science, information technology, information management or another specialty relevant to the position to be staffed.
