You can choose the departure date, length of placement, placement type, and destination. Customize your experience to suit your goals and your schedule. A-Way to Work assists with the work permit, secures full-time paid positions, and confirms accommodation for you. Wages and hours vary depending on the job and country. All employers and hosts are screened and speak English.
We have partnerships all across Europe, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, and the USA.

We partner with organizations from around the world to arrange job placements in agriculture (crops and livestock), horticulture, hospitality, culinary arts, oenology, landscaping, beekeeping, and other related fields.

Positions are full time and wages vary depending on the country you are working in. Participants length of stay is 3-12 months.

Qualifications

For some destinations you must be a student studying the sector you are applying to work in.
You are eligible to apply if you...
are a Canadian citizen
are between the ages of 18 and 35
have at least one year of practical experience
have a valid driver’s license and passport
are in good mental and physical health
are free of any criminal record
are mature, flexible and open-minded
