Overview
This role offers students an opportunity to develop their communication and interpersonal skills while gaining insight into the provincial politics. The position requires approximately 8 hours per week, primarily on weekday afternoons and evenings, at a rate of $15.80 per hour. Alternatively, students can choose to accumulate hours for volunteer credits.
Opportunities to canvass with neighbouring offices are also a possibility.

Comfortable talking to people about politics at their doorstep
Ability to be on your feet for up to 3 hours at a time

Canvassing will always start at the Assiniboia constituency office, located at 105-3025 Portage Ave in Winnipeg.
