Grandma Pockett's Meatballs

INGREDIENTS

Meatballs

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper

Sauce

  • 2 tbsp corn starch
  • ¾ cup water
  • ⅓ cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • ⅓ cup white vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS

Make meatballs with the first 6 ingredients. Simmer the next 6

ingredients for the sauce on the stove. Pour sauce over meatballs.

Cook for 1 hour at 350°F.
