Stay Fit & Have Fun!

Canadian cult-classic superstars from the 90s, Hal Johnson and Joanne McLeod, have known that staying fit and having fun are two essential components to mind and body health. This year, Assiniboine is taking it to a whole new level with Fill Up Your Cup, an event designed to help you navigate the dark, cold days of January!

Fill Up Your Cup brings together college learners, faculty and staff members to think about how they “fill up their cup” with wellness activities. We invite you to join us at whatever sessions, in whatever way, works for you!

Fill Up Your Cup starts on January 16 and goes until January 27, and it’s filled with snacks, sessions and contests! To check out all the activities, visit Fill Up Your Cup.
