Our growing company is searching for top talent to join our team in the role of Compliance Coordinator, reporting to QA Manager, located in the community of Neepawa, MB.

Your days will include:
• Act as a floor monitor to ensure Food Safety and Animal welfare compliance
• Assist OSR with Custom Compliance Management
• Assist with Quality Assurance data entry, mirco plate reading, carcass swabbing
• Support in the implementation of improvements in quality production techniques
• Support the interpretation and enforcement of HACCP Program
• Maintains and updates Food Quality Manual to align with corporate QA requirements
• Interacts with Production, Maintenance, Sanitation, line employees, and CFIA when quality / food safety issues arise
• Provides reports on Quality Compliance and Food Safety to the QA Manager and HACCP Coordinator
• Actively participates on overall Quality and Food Safety continuous improvement programs
• Special projects

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you possess:
• Related experience in HACCP/Quality Assurance in food processing industry
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong Conflict Resolution skills
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office as well as an ability to adapt to other software applications, Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office and database entry/management.
• Strong focus on food safety and workplace safety
• Able to perform in an office environment with limited supervision, is a team-player, and able to multi-task.
• Must be organized, proficient in multi-tasking, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Has initiative and is results-oriented with attention to detail and accuracy.
