Product Development Analyst

The Opportunity
Legacy Bowes is seeking multiple Product Development Analysts for term
positions. The Product Development Analyst is a forward thinking, practical
and tactful individual with a talent for research and analysis. They will work
with the Project Leads to explore all aspects of an initiative from the
Business Case Concept, the Business Plan, and eventually the feasibility of an
operational plan.
Job Duties and Tasks
• Support the Project Lead with overall business case research,
development, and implementation for each initiative.
• Lead the complete development of the business case to provide a
service offering that will meet client needs.
• Conduct all data gathering, researching, and analysis of the data, and
provide options and recommendations in a collaborative strategic
planning approach with the Project Lead.
• Contribute to the design of partnership development and planning
documents, activities, and processes that are needed.
• Lead focus group discussions and one-on-one interviews for market
research
• Collaborate with internal teams to operationalize newly developed
products and services.
• Complete candidate research, outreach, and lists for recruitment
searches
• Complete screening and references for candidates selected within
our executive search department.
