Building Operator
Full Time Term Position (May-September 2, 2022), Downtown Branch, 301 Vaughan St.
Part Time, Saturday & Sunday (16-24 Hours), Various Hours & Locations (Days, Afternoon, Evening)

Elmwood-Kildonan Branch, 454 Kimberly Ave
South Branch, 5 Fermor Ave
West Portage Branch, 3550 Portage Ave
Are you a self-starter with skills and experience to maintain building operations, pool and equipment? As a Building Operator, you will ensure that the facility is well maintained to meet our members’ needs. You have a natural mechanical inclination and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Qualifications
Are you the right fit?
• Demonstrated experience in general mechanical maintenance and repairs
• Basic HVAC and plumbing knowledge
• Experience working with and directing contract service providers
• Proven time management and organizational skills
• Able to travel to a variety of work locations
What else do you need?
• 1-2 years’ experience in skilled trades and/or building maintenance
• Strong customer service, communication and Interpersonal skills
• Emergency First Aid and CPR C
• Pool Operators Certification and experience*
• Scissor Lift Operator*
*Employer provided training available
