As the Sales Agronomist, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for the location, while strengthening existing customer relationships through a high standard of service and excellent agronomic recommendations.

Your day-to-day activities will include:

* Fostering and developing customer relationships
* Scouting fields and conducting soil testing to determining Agricultural needs
* Promoting P&H products and services that highlight the benefits to the producer
* Work with producers to create viable solutions to their business needs
* Generate profitable business agreements for the location and P&H at large

The successful candidate should enter the position with the following qualifications:

* Must currently hold P.Ag or CCA certification
* Minimum 3 years of experience in dealing with agricultural producers at increasing levels of responsibility;
* Highly developed sales and customer service skills with the ability to execute on plans and deliver maximum revenue potential;
* Thorough knowledge of the crops in the area along with experience in providing modern, effective crop protection solutions for the producer;
* Valid driver’s license.
