Every Manitoba Institute of Culinary Arts event is organized by students and faculty, providing a practical component to our Culinary Arts program.

Treat yourself to a holiday feast with us. Hosting a holiday event is a time-honoured tradition at the Manitoba Institute of Culinary Arts. The historic building is decked out for the holidays. Students and faculty present a gorgeous multi-course buffet for guests.
