Digital Marketing Paid Intern
Overview
The Digital Marketing Intern will work from a home office completing marketing projects as assigned. Promoting the company brand and products will be an integral part of the role. As the Digital Marketing Intern you will be responsible for assisting with the development and maintenance of company social media accounts and increasing interaction with followers. Hours are flexible, ensuring tasks are being completed in a timely manner. Written communication skills will be utilized to write blog and social media posts.
• Plan and manage social media platforms
• Update website as needed
• Write blog posts for “The Fava Times”
• Prepare communication materials
• Develop and implement marketing strategies
• Coordinate with sales team to create marketing campaigns
• Ensure the brand message is consistent
• Collaborate with President and consultants on special projects
• Assist with general administrative tasks
Qualifications
• Passion for marketing and social media
• Demonstrated creativity skills
• In depth knowledge of social media platforms
• Effective time-management
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
• Self-motivated
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Enrolled in post-secondary Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Working Conditions

• Option to continue on a part time/casual basis once co-op is complete
• Salary dependent on experience
