Are you an LPN looking for the next step? We have a hybrid opportunity for an individual looking for professional growth in our Winnipeg Home Care Branch. Bayshore’s Care Team Manager is equally responsible for Caregiver Supervision/Mentorship and Business Growth and Development.
JOB DETAILS:
• Strong focus on Business Development and growth activities
• Supervise, support, performance manage and mentor the care team to ensure that the best care is being provided to our clients and is in compliance with all federal and provincial legislated standards of practice as well as company policies and procedure
• Conduct and coordinate training programs for Caregivers as necessary and collaborate with Recruiter to ensure that training records are maintained
• Provide primary home care and after-hours on-call support as required

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing, current registration with the provincial regulating body as an LPN; education or experience in a sales or business development-related program is an asset; at least two years of recent experience with progressive responsibilities as a Care Supervisor, preferably in a community setting; strong track record in leading the development and evaluation of training programs; demonstrated ability to handle all aspects of employee training, mentoring and performance management and interpret company policies and procedures; experience in business development preferred; vehicle and driver’s license required for community care and development.
